<Detailed work procedure>
CAUTION:
When replacing the Pressure Roller, replace the 2 Pressure Roller Bearings and 2 Pressure Roller Insulating
Bushes at the same time.
Replacement Procedure
1) Open the Front Left Cover and the Front Right Cover.
2) Pull Out Fixing Feed Unit.
3) Open Fixing Upper Unit.
4) Remove the Pressure Roller Unit.
5) Remove the 2 Pressure Roller Bearings, 2 Pressure Roller Insulating Bushes, and Pressure Roller.
- 2 Screws
- 1 Gear
6) Assemble a new Pressure Roller, 2 new Pressure Roller Bearings, and 2 new Pressure Roller Insulating
Bushes together with the parts removed in step 5 in reverse order.
7) Install the removed parts in reverse order.
