[B-7] Replacing the Feed Rollers in the Delivery Buffer Unit (Front)
NOTE:
This unit contains 6 Feed Rollers to be replaced. The location is shown in the figure below.
[1-1] Straight Delivery Roller 1, Straight Delivery Roller 2, Duplex Vertical Path Roller 1
[1-2] Duplex Feed Roller 1, Duplex Vertical Path Roller 2, Duplex Vertical Path Roller 3
The following procedures show how to remove the main units to be removed before removing the Feed
Rollers in this unit. If necessary, remove this unit and check the Feed Rollers for any abnormality.
[When replacing Straight Delivery Roller 1, Straight Delivery Roller 2, Duplex Vertical Path Roller 1]
1) Open the Front Left Cover.
2) Pull out the Buffer Delivery Unit.
3) Remove the Delivery Decurler Belt Unit 2.
4) Remove the Buffer Delivery Upper Unit.
