Procedure for Replacing the Feed Rollers
Replacement Procedure
NOTE:
The following procedures show how to remove the units containing the Feed Roller(s) to be replaced and the
main units to be removed before removing those units.
[B-1] Replacing the Feed Roller in the Registration Unit
NOTE:
This unit contains 1 Feed Roller [1] to be replaced. The location is shown in the figure below.
The following procedure shows how to remove this unit. If necessary, remove this unit and check the Feed
Roller for any abnormality.
1) Open the Front Left Cover and the Front Right Cover.
2) Pull out the Fixing Feed Unit.
3) Open the duplex feed unit.
4) Remove the 2 knobs.
