< Work procedure 1-2>
Check the Fixation Screws of the ITB Positioning Shaft Supports for any looseness or
deformation, and check the ITB Positioning Shaft Supports and the pins of the ITB
Positioning Plate for any damage. [B]
1) Open the front left cover and the front right cover.
2) Remove the process unit cover.
3) Remove the ITB positioning plate.
4) Check the 4 Fixation Screws [1] of the ITB Positioning Shaft Supports, the 4 ITB Positioning Shaft
Supports [2], and the 4 pins [3] of the ITB Positioning Plate for any abnormality.
5) If abnormality is found, replace the faulty part.
6) Install the removed parts in reverse order.
Check the Fixation Screws of the Process Unit for any looseness. [C]
1) Open the Front Left Cover and the Front Right Cover.
2) Remove Process Unit Cover.
3) Check the 4 Fixation Screws [1] of the Process Unit for any looseness.
4) If abnormality is found, replace the faulty part.
5) Install the removed parts in reverse order.
