21) Insert the washer (φ14) [3] (1 Spare) included in the package into the gap [A] between the plate [1] and
the plate [2] on the rear side of the Process Unit.
22) Align the hole [4] of the washer with the screw hole [5] using tweezers.
23) Fit the 2 bosses [1], and install the screw (M4x8) [4] included in the package in the hole [2] of the washer
and the screw hole [3].
