13) Remove the secondary transfer inner roller.
14) Apply Super Lube (FY9-6005-000) about half the size of a rice grain (approx. 20 mg) to at least the half of
the circumference of a new Secondary Transfer Inner Roller at the two places [A] that are fitted in the
bearings.
15) Install the new Secondary Transfer Inner Roller in reverse order.
16) Install the removed parts in reverse order.
CAUTION:
Make sure to avoid the edge of the ITB displacement sensor lever from overlapping with the ITB at
installation.
17) ITB position shall be adjusted with a service mode whenever ITB pressure is released.
(ITB positioning adjustment : COPIER > FUNCTION > INSTALL > INIT-ITB)
