Remarks:
If the image failure persists after performing the foregoing remedy, check the parts shown
below. If the part is damaged or deformed, replace it with a new one.
_ If the ITB [N] is damaged or bent, replace it with a new one.
_ If the Photosensitive Drum Cleaning Magnet Roller [O] is damaged, replace the
Photosensitive Drum Cleaning Unit.
_ If the ITB Cleaning Magnet Roller [P] is damaged, replace the ITB Cleaning Unit.
Assumed cause
Soiling/damage on the Primary Transfer
Roller
Soiling/damage on the Feed Roller
Soiling/abnormal wear on the Secondary
Transfer Inner Roller
The end of life of the Secondary Transfer
Outer Roller
The distance between the Photosensitive
Drum and the Developing Upper Cylinder is
out of the specified range.
Soiling/wear on the Steering Roller
The end of life of the Pressure Roller
The distance between the Photosensitive
Drum and the Developing Lower Cylinder is
out of the specified range.
Soiling/damage on the ITB Drive Roller
The end of life of the Fixing Roller
