Viewing a remote mirroring session

After you configure session 2 for remote mirroring (Figure 55: Configuring a remote mirroring session and
monitored source on page 420), you can enter the show monitor 2 command to verify the configuration
(Figure 56: Displaying the Configuration of a Remote Mirroring Session on page 420.)

For the specified local or remote session, displays the source (port, trunk, or VLAN)
interface and the MAC address (if configured) used to select mirrored traffic.
For the selected interface, indicates whether mirrored traffic is entering the switch (in),
leaving the switch (out), or both.
