Disconnect the overflow tube at the radiator filler
neck.
Disconnect the thermostatic switch wires from the
switch.
Loosen the lower radiator hose band.
Loosen the upper radiator hose band.
Remove the radiator mounting bolts.
Remove the radiator while pulling the upper and
lower hoses off.
DISASSEMBLY
Remove the four nuts attaching the fan shroud to
the radiator and remove the shroud.
