FRONT WHEEL/SUSPENSION
Check the spring and piston for wear or damage.
Remove the check valve setting screw, valve spring,
and check ball.
Assemble the anti-dive case in the reverse order of
disassembly.
NOTE :
Apply a Thread Lock Agent to the threads
of the screws and socket bolts before
assembly.
Apply ATF to the piston and piston 0-ring.
Apply silicone grease to the pivot bolt
collar.
Install the pivot bolt collar boot holder
as shown.
