CYLINDER HEAD/ VALVE
Install the 0-ring and spring onto the rocker arm
shaft.
Apply LOCKTITE® 271 to the rocker arm bolt
threads.
Apply engine oil to the rocker arm shaft and install
the rocker arm.
Install and tighten the rocker arm shaft bolt.
TORQUE :
45- 50
N·m
(4.5-5.0
kg-m,
33-36
ft·lb)
CYLINDER HEAD INSTALLATION
Clean the cylinder head surface of any gasket
material.
Instal l the dowe l pins and new head gaskets.
Install the rear cylinder cam chain guide.
