Measure the rotor tip clearance.
SER V ICE LIMIT: 0.20 mm (0.008 in)
Measure the pump body clearance.
SERV ICE LIMIT: 0.35 mm (0.01 4 in)
Remove the rotor shaft and measure the pump
end clearance.
SERVICE LIMIT: 0.10 mm (0.004 in)
