Troubleshooting
Possible countermeasure
• Shield the ambient light.
• Increase the background
removal level.
Check the Sensor Head
installation position.
• Maintain a certain operating
ambient temperature.
• Execute zero reset periodi-
cally using the standard
object.
Wait 30 minutes after
switching ON the power
before using.
Place the target to measure
correctly in the measuring
range.
Check the scaling setting.
Set the zero reset correctly.
Recalibrate the Sensor Head.
Clean the surface.
Check the fiber cable
connections.
• Shield the ambient light.
• Increase the background
removal level.
Check the Sensor Head
installation position.
Clean the surface.
Check the fiber cable
connections.
Clean the surface.
Replace the fiber cable.
Check the wiring.
Check the input circuit and the
