The red fault LED on the unit is lit.
A hardware failure of the 34 Mbit/s extension is detected.
Remove the 34 Mbit/s extension board and replace it with another one.
As there is no equipment protection of the 34 Mbit/s extension board,
E31XcEQF and E31XcUPF are always reported simultaneously as a reminder
that a hardware failure is service affecting.
