been switched from the re-timed to the self-timed mode.

The quality of the system clock is not sufficient for re-timing purposes, and
therefore the output timing mode has automatically been switched from the
re-timed to the self- timed mode.
Restore the original timing source, or reconfigure the most reliable timing
source to improve the quality of the system clock.
