Message rcIpAddPortToVlan: Bad PortNum <value>
Severity ERROR
Description This message is generated if the port number is out of range of valid values.
Synopsis Invalid port number.
Action Provide a valid port number.
Message rcIpAddReplaceStaticRoute: rcIpStaticRouteActive failed
Severity ERROR
Description This message is generated when the static route whose state must be changed to
active is not present.
Synopsis List is empty.
Action Check the configuration for IP static route entries.
Message rcIpAddRoute: addIpRoute failed with <value>: ipaddr: <ipaddr> mask: <mask>
cid <cid>
Severity ERROR
Description This message indicates that an attempt to add the route entry in hardware failed.
Synopsis N/A
Action N/A
Message rcIpAddRoute: Arp pointer is NULL for route
Severity FATAL
Description This message indicates that while adding an IP route, the ARP pointer is found to
be NULL. This is a Fatal error.
Synopsis APR pointer to the route is NULL.
Action Contact customer service and have the following information available: system
logs including any memory dumps, switch configuration, and network topology for
further analysis.
