Setting the Frequency Span

You can set the span equal to the spacing between two markers. If you set the center
frequency before you set the frequency span, you will have a better view of the area of
interest.

Turn the front panel knob, or enter a value from the front panel keypad to position the

markers where you want the frequency span.
Iterate between marker 1 and marker 2 by pressing :#&&$,~~~~ and ~~~~~~, respectively,
and turning the front panel knob or entering values from the front panel keypad to position
the markers around the center frequency. When llnished positioning the markers, make sure
that marker 2 is selected as the active marker.
Note
Step 2 can also be performed using ,~~~~~ and ~~~~~~. However, when
using this method, it will not be possible to iterate between marker zero and
marker 1.
