External Trigger (EXT TRIGGER)

Triggers on a positive or negative 'ITL transition or contact closure to ground.
This connector outputs a TI'L signal which can be programmed by the user in a test sequence
to be high or low. By default, this output provides an end-of-sweep TI'L signal. (For use with
part handlers.)
Limit lkst output (LIMIT TEST)
This connector outputs a TTL signal of the limit test results Pass: lTL high; fail: TTL low.
