Recheck the throttle operation and install the top
shelter (page 2-11).

AIR CLEANER

• The viscous-paper-element-type air cleaner can-
not be cleaned because the element contains a
dust adhesive.
• If the motorcycle is used in unusually wet or
dusty areas, more frequent inspections are
required.
Remove the top shelter (page 2-11).
Remove the screws, right and left intake air ducts.
Be sure that the
duct rubbers fit
onto the air cleaner
cover securely.
Disconnect the following:
– BARO sensor connector
– cruise control motor actuator connector
– cruise/reverse control module connectors
– engine control unit connectors
