Code
E6-00 Front door interlock switch
error
The C button was pressed
while a print was being made
in the roll feed mode. An oper-
ator induced soft shutdown
results in a complete print
being made. The left side door
must be opened and then
closed.
E6-01 Front door interlock switch
error
The Exit button was pressed
while a print was being made
in the roll feed mode. An oper-
ator-induced hard shutdown
results in a partial print being
made. The left side door must
be opened and then closed.
E7-01 Communication error
The IOT is unable to commu-
nicate with the Controller. The
IOT Off-Line and Media
menus will still function, but
cannot print from the Control-
ler or network.
E7-02 Printer message display
No error
RAP A required message is not
available in the language
EPROM. Update the lan-
guage EPROM.
E9-XX Software shutdown
This error is of unknown
cause. Please contact Soft-
ware engineering.

J1-01 Toner sensor error
No Out of toner.
