The seal on the gearbox cover for layshaft is fitted
using punch N. 14929500 (48 in fig . 111).
The selector shaft seal has to be inserted in its hous·
ing on the gear box cover ("A" fig. 111).
FIHlng the .elector assembly
In gearbox cove,

Fit spring .. A. on the selector spindle as shown in
fig . 111 / 1.
Using a suitable tool. adjust distance " 8 ,,. according
to the spindle diameter.
