User-definable name for the relay.

Function of the relay:
"Opening": the relay is closed in the quiescent state (maximum safety).
"Closing": the relay is open in the quiescent state.
"No": there can only be one reason for triggering the relay (if several
trigger factors are assigned, the last trigger factor controls the relay)
"Yes": the relay can be triggered by several factors (e.g. 2 different limit
values) (OR logical operation).
Specify whether the relay can be controlled remotely (e.g. PC or SMS).
Picklist: no, yes
Note: Remote control by text message (SMS) is only possible for the
"Telealarm" option.
Remote-controlled relays may not be assigned to any other trigger factor
(e.g. limit value alarm).
