Cause
Ink Counting Mechanism indi-
cated has failed.
Failed to communicate with OHS
board.
Ink reservoir indicated is low on
ink.
The ink reservoir filters need
replacing.
The UV parking station or the wip-
ing station cover has been
removed.
The image sensor shutter cable is
disconnected.
The image sensor cable is discon-
nected.
The media drive motor has stalled.
The media loaded is too far to the
left or to the right.
There is no media loaded.
Media is not wide enough for
printing.
What to do
Replace ink counting mechanism.
Reseat the profilers and ensure
they are inserted correctly. Check
OHS board cable connections. If
the problem continues after reset-
ting this error, contact your Océ
Authorized Service Provider or Océ
Technical Support.
Refill the ink reservoir soon.
Replace the ink reservoir filters.
Replace the covers to enable the
UV lamps.
Connect the image sensor shutter
cable and restart the printer.
Connect the image sensor cable
and restart the printer.
Check supply spool for binding,
motor for failure.
Reloaded a media; align right edge
to reference mark.
Load media.
Load media that is at least 24
inches wide.
