Liquid Coolant Maintenance

Replacement Liquid Cooling Module P/N: 003-120602-XX

5.4.1 Check Liquid Coolant Level

The Liquid Cooling Module should be drained and refilled every two years. Use only Christie approved
coolant (003-103148-XX).
1. Remove the 3 stacking mounts, if installed.
2. Release the 8 quick release screws that secure the top cover.
3. Lift the top cover off and set aside.
4. Locate the Liquid Cooling Module and inspect the liquid level window.
NOTE: The arrow is next to the window which indicates the "MIN FILL LEVEL".
5. If coolant is below the "MIN FILL LEVEL" add more coolant.

5.4.2 Refilling Liquid Coolant Module

1. Using a flat head screwdriver, remove the fill port cap and the air vent cap.
2. Using a funnel and coolant, fill the liquid cooling module until the coolant is within 2mm of the top cover.
3. Using a flat head screwdriver, replace the fill port cap and the air vent cap.
NOTE: If refilling the liquid coolant module outside of the projector, the level of coolant can be seen by
looking through the liquid level window.

The coolant used in this product contains propylene glycol. Use caution when
handling. DO NOT ingest. DO NOT use coolant other than those specified by
Christie for your projector. Using unapproved coolant can result in projector
damage and will void the warranty.
