1. Press the power to switch the lamp off. Allow the cooling fans to stop automatically (within 5 minutes)
before proceeding with step 2.
NOTE: This wait period is required to allow the lamp to sufficiently cool before handling.
2. When the cooling fans have stopped, turn the main switch of the projector off, then unplug the projector.
3. Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, loosen the two (2) lock screws securing
the lamp door, which is located at the rear of the projector below the
Input panel.
4. Unscrew the knob on the insertion/removal handle either by hand or

Always power down and unplug the projector prior to servicing. Allow the
lamps to cool before handling.
Protective gear is required to protect the eyes.
Wear a face shield.
