Under DHCP environment, it is not necessary to set "AMAX Panel IP Address" and "AMAX
Panel Port Number".

a. Go to "File" and click "Communication Settings" to select "local IP address" in the
"Communication Settings" tab page. If there are multiple IP addressed in the pull-down
menu, be sure to select the latest local IP address and enter the local port, i.e., the RPC
port number of programming option 0174 – 0178, then click "Save".
b. To create customer, click "New Customer" in "Customer". Enter relevant customer
information in the "Customer Information" tab page. The "Customer Number" must be
entered. The IP address and port number of the AMAX panel are the IP address and port
number of the communication module 1 installed in the AMAX panel, and will be used
when the AMAX panel uses fixed IP and port number. If the fixed IP address and port
number are not known, after the UDP data packet transmitted by the AMAX panel is
received and the SUBSCRIBER NUMBER of receiver 1 has been set in the "AMAX Panel
Configuration" tab page, please directly click the connection in the "connection" tab
page. The prompt information will recommend the SUBSCRIBER NUMBER, the AMAX
panel received the last time IP address and port number..
