9.02.2 PARALLEL PORT SOFTWARE SETUP

AWARD Setup
Follow these steps, from the AWARD Setup program's main menu:
• Select the Chipset Features Setup option.
• In the Chipset Features Setup screen, the Onboard Parallel Mode option allows you to
set one or more parallel port modes. The settings are: SPP (Standard Parallel Port),
ECP+EPP1.9 (Extended Capabilities Port plus Enhanced Parallel Port), ECP
(Extended Capabilities Port), and EPP1.9/SPP (Enhanced Parallel Port/Standard
Parallel Port).
• Also in the Chipset Features Setup screen, the Onboard Parallel Port option allows you
to set the Parallel Port address to None, 3BCh, 378h or 278h.
