REMOVE THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR AND
BRACKET ASSEMBLY
Using a 5 mm hexagon wrench. remove the 3 bolts.
the throttle position sensor and bracket assembly.
B. REMOVE SICS ACTUATOR
(a) Remove the SICS adjusting screw.
(b) Remove the clip.
Ie) Disconnect the wire harness.
(d) Remove the nuts and SICS actuator.
(e) Remove the lock plate.
(f) Remove the maximum speed adjusting screw.
(g) Using a 5 mm hexagon wrench. remove the 3 bolts
and SICS actuator bracket.
9. REMOVE NO.1 SICS LEVER
Remove the nut and NO.1 SICS lever.
10. REMOVE CAP
Remove the cap and gasket.
