Steering
1. Swing handlebars left and right
to check if there is interference
from the wires.

2. Grasp handlebars and rotate
from left to right while holding the
front wheel straight. There should
be slippage.
3. Check steering bearing
adjustment. Fork should turn freely
with play in bearing.
