1. General Information
Trouble Shooting Guide-Improper Battery Charging
(Battery overdischarge or overcharge)
Check Adjust
Start engine and measure battery terminals for limited voltage
Battery voltage uncharged
Test AC magnetor coil resistance value
Normal
Check regulated rectifier. Test voltage by connecting red wire
to positive terminal
Voltage
Check rectifier connector for loosen
Normal
Test voltage by connecting green wire to
(Battery) Having with main switch on
Check regulated rectifier connector for poor contact
Normal

Test valve too high
