1. General Information
Trouble Shooting Guide
(under speed, no power)
Check Adjust
Supply engine with fuel and watch
Regulate ignition time using timing lamp
Valve regulation failure
Test compression pressure determining
Compression pressure normal
Check for carburetor blockage
No blockage
Remove spark plug to check
Not dirty or discolored
Check engine oil level or quality in crank case
Normal level
Check cyliner head lubrication
