Crown Wheel Assembly Check - MV Agusta F3 675 Workshop Manual

Check the extra-smooth parts of the wheel spindle for
wear (A).
Utilising a press with an adequate punch for both the
removal and assembly of the pins of the wheel drive
engagement.
When assembling, apply force on the crown of the peg
not on the point. (see figure).
Assemble the brake disc carrier plate by tightening the
screws to the prescribed torque pressure and the
recommended type of threadlocker fluid.
Recommended thread-locking fluid: Loctite

Brake disc carrier plate screw torque pres-
sure: 20 ÷ 22 Nm
Remove the driving flange (1) by pulling it upwards.
