Disassembly Of The Steering Damper Clamp (F3 Oro) - MV Agusta F3 675 Workshop Manual

Remove the 2 key switch fixing screws and extract
them.
When reassembling, apply the following
tightening torque: 10 N·m
Threadlocking product used : Loctite 243
Disassembly of the steering damper clamp (F3
Loosen the clamp (1) and slide off the damper (2).

Heat the screw (3) for the clamp using a heat gun, and
then unscrew it. The heating procedure is necessary
because the ball is locked on with Loctite.
Be careful to recover the shim located under the ball
joint.
