SYMPTON AND POSSIBLE SOLUTION
The IP Address/Hostname or port number of the Desktop Soft-
Phone does not match the listener settings of the DTI Server.
Someone might have closed the DTI Server too soon. Relaunch
the DTI Server and try to connect again.
The serial port that the DTI Server is configured to use is already
in use by another application. Close the conflicting application or
change the serial port of the DTI Server to another serial port. The
serial port can be changed in the Desktop OAI Connection Set-
tings tab in the DTI Server Settings dialog box.
tem via the serial port, and the DTI Server cannot identify the
cause of this error.
port that the DTI Server is configured to use. For example, if
COM1 and COM3 share IRQ 4, and the DTI Server computer
does not support IRQ sharing, COM1 and COM3 cannot be used
at the same time. If the conflicting device is being used by another
application, do not run both applications simultaneously. Other-
wise, use a serial port with an IRQ that does not conflict.
The serial port that the DTI Server is configured to use does not
exist. Re-enable the serial port or change the serial port (located
in the Desktop OAI Connection Settings tab in the DTI Server Set-
tings dialog box) to a valid serial port.
