To an Outside Number

1. Click
TRANSFER
2. Select an outgoing line by clicking the OUTSIDE PHONE menu key.
3. Enter the desired telephone number.
4. Wait for an answer, announce the call, and then click
plete the transfer.
If the number is busy, there is no answer, or the transfer is refused, click the flash-
ing key to return to the caller.

2. Enter the extension or hunt group number where the call is ringing or holding.
