Accelerated Graphics Port (AGP) Graphics Controller

To remove the AGP graphics controller:
1.
Perform the service preparations on page 3-2.
2.
Remove the workstation cover.
3.
Remove the T-15 screw that holds the AGP graphics controller in place.
4.
Hold the graphics controller at both ends and pull up.

NOTE: The system board with tray is shown out of the chassis and without the I/O bracket
assembly for clarity.
To replace the AGP graphics controller and reassemble the workstation, reverse the above steps.
NOTE:
CAUTION:
If you permanently remove the graphics controller, install a
protective slot cover to ensure proper cooling.
Make sure that you press the graphics controller firmly into place.
