Use the sntp broadcast client enable Global Configuration mode command to enable
broadcast clients globally.

Use the sntp anycast client enable Global Configuration mode command to enable anycast
clients globally.
Examples
The following example enables the SNTP client on the interface.
console(config-if)# sntp client enable
sntp unicast client enable
The sntp unicast client enable Global Configuration mode command enables the Ethernet Switch
Module to use the Simple Network Time Protocol (SNTP) to request and accept Network Time
Protocol (NTP) traffic from servers. To disable requesting and accepting Network Time Protocol
(NTP) traffic from servers, use the no form of this command.
Syntax
sntp unicast client enable
no sntp unicast client enable
