3.4.15 R/H Rack Cover Assembly

Refer to the exploded diagram (Figure 4-27, "RACK" on page 168).

3.4.15.1 Removal

1. Remove Bottom Tray Assembly. (Refer to "Bottom (Lower) Tray
Assembly" on page 57)
2. Remove Middle Tray Assembly. (Refer to "Middle Tray Assembly" on
page 67)
3. Remove Top Tray Assembly. (Refer to "Top Tray Assembly" on page 77)
4. Remove L/H Cover Low. (Refer to "L/H Cover Low" on page 44)
5. Remove four screws securing Elevator Hinge Bracket to Elevator Hinge
Bracket and remove Drive Bracket.
6. Remove four screws securing Elevator Hinge Bracket to R/H Rail Cover
and remove Hinge Bracket.
7. Remove six screws securing the Rail to the two grooves on the HCS
frame, lift the Rail, and remove it from the HCS frame.
8. Remove seven screws securing R/H Rack Cover to the HCS frame and pull
out the Cover from the HCS frame.
9. Pull out J273 from the Upper Limit Switch.
10. Pull out J274 from the Lower Limit Switch.
