iSCSI Commands

iscsi enable

The iscsi enable Global Configuration mode command globally enables iSCSI awareness. Use the
no form of this command to disable iSCSI awareness.
Syntax
• iscsi enable
• no iscsi enable
Default Configuration
This command has no default configuration.
Command Mode
Global Configuration mode.
User Guidelines
• Until iSCSI VLAN is configured by using iscsi vlan command the switch will not assign any
specific VLAN to iSCSI flows.
• When User uses the no iscsi enable command, iSCSI resources (TCAM) should be released.
Example
The following example enable iSCSI awareness.
Console (config)# iscsi enable

iscsi target port

The iscsi target port Global Configuration mode command configures iTCP port(s), iSCSI targets'
addresses and names. Use the no form of this command to delete iSCSI port/s, target.
