HP_SystemPhysicalPowerSupply is used to represent an association between HP_PowerSupplyModule
and the computer system that contains this power supply.

4.3.14HP_PowerMeter

HP_PowerMeter is used to model the power consumption within power supplies on Integrity Servers.
The Windows specific implementation class is HP_WinPowerMeter. Not all systems support reporting
power consumption information. Note: Power supply numbers for existing instances do not change
when other power supplies are added and removed.
