Note: When a Management Processor is disabled

negatively to overall system status. An MP is disabled
only if the user has manually disabled it via the MP's
RBSU settings or if an embedded iLO/iLO2 has been
superceded by the an installed RILOE-II card; both of
these are seen as"normal conditions.
