    HP ACU-CLI Overview The HP Array Configuration Utility Command Line Interface (HP ACU-CLI) is a command-line-based disk configuration tool that can be used to configure and manage Smart Array Controllers and RAID Array Controllers in Integrity Linux environments.     NOTE: To avoid creating this adverse condition, the HP Integrity Essentials Foundation Pack for Linux installer will not install the HP ACU-CLI (hpacucli) product on these servers and this option is not displayed in the product installation menu. Further, if hpacucli is detected on the system, it is uninstalled by the installer.
  • Page 8 • Using HP ACU-CLI on HP Integrity cellular servers is slow. THIS ISSUE WAS FIXED IN THE 8.28 RELEASE. Using HP ACU-CLI on HP Integrity cellular servers (for example, an rx8640 server is cell-based) is extremely slow. Operations within hpacucli, such as “ctrl all show” status can take several minutes to finish.

    Workaround: You must totally power off the HW partition and then power on in order to see the logical volume. • Cannot query the logical volume size using the “create” command. THIS ISSUE WAS FIXED IN THE 7.65 RELEASE. The logical volume size cannot be successfully queried using the “create” command. Workaround: None at this time.
