User Access/Cost Accounting
Ths functon enables you to check the amount of paper and fax communcaton
tme used by each user, for management purposes. You can also assgn costs to each
user.
Whle the "User Access/Cost Accountng" s actve, the machne prompts the user to
logn pror to job executon.
Operaton flow:
(1) Regsterng the charge per page for faxng, copyng, scannng, and/or prntng.
(2) Set the User Access/Cost Accountng ON. (See page 8-10.)
(3) Use the machne's functon after loggng n as an OfficeBrdge user
(4) Prntng counter nformaton for management purposes. (See page 8-11.)
Registering the charge per page
Regster a cost per page for copyng, faxng, scannng, and/or prntng.

Press [Management], [Next], [User Access/Cost Account].
Press [Cost] to regster the charge.
