Searching a destination

Using [Index]
If you have numerous contacts regstered n your address book, you may find the
[Index] a useful tool n findng them.

Set the document.
Press <FAX> to dsplay the Fax standby mode.
Press <SCAN>, [e-mal].
Press [Index].
Select the correspondng button that contans the first letter of the name. If the
destnaton begns wth a symbol, select [Symbol]. To vew the contacts by ther
Address Book number, select [Numerc].
The entres wll now be dsplayed based on your selecton. If you have multple
contacts regstered, use the [Page Up] and [Page Down] to toggle through the
drectory.
