for the F-520, F-560, MFX-1430 and MFX-2030
multifunctional devices.
Enhanced contact management
Increase the internal address book storage capacity from 300
locations to up to 2,000 locations, each containing both a fax
number and e-mail address.
Enhanced security
Utilize personal address books to keep contact information private.
Documents scanned into an OfficeBridge workflow process can
only be accessed by registered OfficeBridge users.

Enhanced workflow
Scan documents from the MFP directly into personal inboxes, a
public bulletin board or to a specific user(s) along with an action
request. Documents can be routed from OfficeBridge to a fax
terminal, e-mail address, network folder or another OfficeBridge user.
Easy to use
The large, back-lit touchscreen delivers instant recall of registered
contacts as well as instant access to custom scan settings and
network controls. Scanning documents into an OfficeBridge
workflow process is a snap by utilizing the convenient QWERTY
keypad to add a custom file name or document action instructions.
