NOTE
You cannot use the numerc keys to manually enter a destnaton. Group members
must be pre-regstered nto the address book before they can be added to a group.
Fax numbers and e-mal addresses can be regstered nto the same call group.

NOTE
• To prnt a lst of call groups, press <Settng>, [Lst], [Group]. Select group, then
press [Yes].
• Destnatons can be added to a group durng the ntal regstraton process. (See
page 3-4.)

Deleting a call group

(1) Press [Group Members].
(2) Specfy the destnaton(s) to add to the group.
• Specfy the destnaton(s) usng the address book.
– or –
• Specfy the address book number by pressng [Address Book].
(3) Press [Enter].
The group nformaton wll be dsplayed.
To regster addtonal call groups, press [Enter], then repeat the procedure from
step 2. Press <Reset> to ext the operaton and return to the standby mode.
Press <Settng>, [Group].
Press the call group you want to delete.
Press [Delete], and [Yes].
If you want to ext wthout deletng, press [No].
To delete another call group, repeat the procedure from step 2.
Otherwse, press <Reset> to ext and return to the standby mode.
