How to dial using a call group

Sending a fax or e-mail using a call group
NOTE
In the upper rght corner of the fax standby screen, you wll see "Shared" or "Per-
sonal". Ths ndcates the currently dsplayed address book s shared or personal.
To use call groups for personal address book, you need to logn as an OfficeBrdge
user

Set the document.
Press <FAX> to dsplay the Fax standby mode.
Adjust the document resoluton and contrast, f necessary.
Press [Others], [Group Tx].
(1) Press the group(s) you want to send to.
(2) Press [Enter] twce.
• If you want to edt the selected destnaton, press [Locaton] and edt t.
Press <Start>.
• If you want to cancel the a transmsson that s n progress, use the Revew
Commands feature. See "Revewng or cancelng commands," page 4-26.
Set the document.
Press <FAX> to dsplay the Fax standby mode.
Press [Index].
