Sending a PC fax

After the PC-FAX drver s nstalled on your PC, you can send a document drectly
from your PC to a remote fax machne or e-mal nbox.
The followng steps provde the basc procedure for sendng a PC fax.

To dsplay the "Fax Transmsson Settngs", a Web browser such as Mcrosoft Inter-
net Explorer should be nstalled on your computer.

Verfy that your machne s properly connected to the computer and the power
has been turned on.
Verfy that you have nstalled the fax drver on your computer.
Start the desred applcaton program and create/open a document.
Clck "Prnt" from the "Fle" menu.
Make sure that "Muratec *** Fax" s selected as the prnter. ( *** ndcates your
machne's model name, ex."Muratec MFX-2050/F-565 Fax".)
If you want to make any adjustments, clck [Propertes]. For detals, refer to the
Clck "Prnt".
The "Fax Transmission Settings" dialog will appear.
Specfy the destnaton and clck [Send].
