PC printing

Your machne can be used as a prnter, ether locally through the USB port or
through the network va the Ethernet port.
Installing the driver
In order to use your machne as a local or network prnter you should have the
applcable prnt drver nstalled on a personal computer.
The drvers are located on the CD suppled wth your machne. The CD also con-
tans "Prnter and Scanner Drver Manual", please refer to ths gude for the local
prnter nstallaton nstructons. For network prnter drver nstallaton nstruc-
tons, see "Installng OfficeBrdge on your PC" n Chapter 1, "Gettng Started," n
the PC User's Guide.
PC printing
After the network or local prnt drver s nstalled on the personal computer, you
can prntout documents from vrtually any software applcaton.
The followng steps descrbe the typcal process when prntng documents out of
Wndows-based applcatons. The exact process may vary dependng on the software
applcaton you are usng.

Verfy that your machne s properly connected to the computer, the power has
been turned on and the cassette s full of paper.
Verfy that you have nstalled the prnt drver on your computer.
Start the desred applcaton program and create/open a document.
Clck "Prnt" or "Prnt Setup" from the Fle menu.
Make sure that "Muratec *** " s selected as the prnter. ( *** ndcates your
machne's model name, ex."Muratec MFX-2050/F-565".)
If you want to make any adjustments, clck "Propertes" or "Setup".
Clck "OK" or "Prnt" to start the prnt job.
