Sending faxes with TTI information attached

Every fax and Internet fax page you send arrves at the recevng machne wth a
sngle lne of text at the top of the page. Ths text lsts your name, fax number, date
& tme of transmsson and page number as shown below.
TTI information
You can select the three types of TTI (sender name) stored n the "Specfyng the
ntal settngs" (see pages 1-24 to 1-30) for each transmsson. Also, you can tell the
machne whether or not to send the TTI nformaton (see page 4-20).
NOTE
In some countres you are requred by law to ndcate your name and fax number
on every fax you send.
Selecting TTI
NOTE
• Regster the TTI n advance. For detals on regsterng the TTI, see page 1-28.
• On the default settng, "TTI 1" s selected.

Press [Others], [TTI Select].
Select your desred TTI and then press [Enter].
